With my domain registrar I will need to register new nameservers with the IPs provided in VPS server plan. When can I do the same?

Once you order the VPS with us, the login details regarding your IP’s will be forwarded to you at your registered email id within the next 15-20 mins after the server is configured/setup.
Thereafter you can assign your private nameservers to the allocated IP’s.
