Our abuse department is operating 24×7 and in such cases, we investigate. If the spam was launched by you, your account will remain suspended until we receive a written letter from you, mentioning that you will no longer attempt to use our resources to reach your commercial desires.

However, if a scammer or a visitor to your website launched the attack, due to possible security holes in the software you are using such as forums, phpnuke websites etc. Your site will remain active, but we kindly have you to upgrade your software to the latest version, which is debugged and doesn’t have security hole any more.

If you fail to upgrade and debug your software, we suggest you to temporary close the software until our admin can look into the software and get it upgraded for you at no additional cost. This will not cause suspension of your site, if you close/remove the software for time being.
