4) after signing with one such hosting provider, design your website with the site builder tool and then make it live. if you dont know how to do that call you hosting provider technical support they can help you with that.

5) Thats it you are done your website is ready and hosted.

All the other things you can get help regarding that from various knowledge bases and forums and if not interested in those bug your hosting provider, no just kidding.
