To login to Plesk control panel you will need to use the URL format as given below…
https://yourdomain.com:8443
If domain is new and not propogated yet, then you will need to consider using IP address instead of domain name…
https://IP_Address:8443
By default web server shows list of files (folder contents). Like all linux based web servers, your ‘home page’ must be named as index.htm or index.html. Please remember that file names are case sensitive. So, you need to be careful while naming your files. Index.html will not work. It must be all lower case index.htm or index.html. If you need clarification on this, please contact our support team via live chat, they will be happy to assist you further.
With the help of backup utility from cPanel, you can take full website backup or full database backup. You will need to login to cPanel and then choose the Backup option.
On the backup page you can choose the required option:

Windows Standard Edition supports up to 4 GB of RAM, which is not enough for web servers having many Application Pools. If you are offering top notch services (like a separate app pool for each site) and charging accordingly, then by all means go for Windows Enterprise Edition.
