To login to Plesk control panel you will need to use the URL format as given below…
https://yourdomain.com:8443
If domain is new and not propogated yet, then you will need to consider using IP address instead of domain name…

Backup Site or Database from cPanel
With the help of backup utility from cPanel, you can take full website backup or full database backup. You will need to login to cPanel and then choose the Backup option.
On the backup page you can choose the required option:
