What is ID Protect?
If you do not wish to have your contact information displayed in the Whois Info, then you can Shield or Hide your Private Information i.e you can make your Domain Registration private with ID Protect.

How to Configure Outlook Express or Outllok Express Settings?
:- :- Firstly, create an account for your domain with following details:
Username: user@yourdomain.com
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Also please check on” My server requires authentication” option through outlook. and you will be able to successfully send and receive mails using this account and will not experience any error.The SMTP and POP3 Services will work very fine.

Try by using your ISP’s SMTP instead of the Host Provider SMTP. You can contact to your ISP for more details. This may solve your problem by using your ISP’s SMTP.

If it still does not work , then I suggest you to reconfigure your account in OutLook Express. Please use the following configuration steps :
Use the following instructions for creating a new account in Outlook Express:
1. Go to ‘Tools’
2. Click on ‘Accounts’
3. Go to ‘Mail’
4. Click on the email address you wish to edit, then choose ‘Properties’
5. Go to ‘Servers’
6. Use the following settings:
Incoming Mail: mail.yourdomainname.com
OutGoing Mail: mail.yourdomainname.com ISP is not blocking SMTP, if they are blocking SMTP, read the instructions on how to use your ISP’s SMTP settings.
Incoming Mail Server:
Account Name: username@yourdomainname.com
Password: XXXXXXX
7. Click the “next” button.
8. Click “finish”.
9.Click “close”.
Instructions on how to use your ISP’s SMTP settings:
If you’re using an email client, such as, Outlook or Eudora, you might like to try using your ISP’s smtp settings.
Incoming mail: mail.yourdomainname.com
Outgoing mail: mail.yourISP.com
For example, if Earthlink is your ISP, then you’ll use their outgoing mail settings:
mail.earthlink.net
Note : Error ” SMTP and POP3 ” then it is a problem of mozilla ”
If you get the same error message, it is possible that you are trying to connect to the server while you are connected behind a firewall connection. please check the firewall setting as your SMTP and POP mail server port are not block. i.e. check the SMTP port 25 and POP3 port 110. If these are blocked please release it.
